What are you really eating?
Michael Pollan is a New York Times best selling author of numerous books two of which I have read from cover to cover; Omnivorous Dilemma and In Defense of Food. The articles on his website are well written and highly informative. Food Inc, provides a visual of how dysfunctional and profitable our food system is and why we are so sick as a result.
