Start your New Year’s resolution – NOW

I had a few patients this week that were telling me about their New Year’s resolution. This is what I told them and what I HIGHLY suggests to you. If you have a New Year’s resolution and have not started it already you will FAIL at it. It’ s that simple. If you really want to make a change in your life you HAVE TO start NOW – not on January 1st.

Not starting now subconsciously means you are not going to STICK with it LONG TERM – and that is not real change. So if you have a New Year’s resolution start it RIGHT NOW – have the healthiest next meal possible, put on your sneakers and go for a walk or a run (depending on what kind of shape you are in), PUT DOWN that cup cake, etc.

You get the point. I will expand on the relationship of mind and change in short time.

In the meantime, drink and eat moderately, exercise and have tons of fun during the holiday season.
