Hi, I’m Dr. Geo. I research – and then teach – the science to optimize the health of men, before, despite, or after prostate cancer. My focus is also the best medicine approach, mostly natural and holistic methods, to help men extend their life and resolve urological problems. Then, I write about it, teach at different platforms, or help patients at my clinic.

If these are the questions you are asking; Why is my PSA high? What is truly the best diet for prostate cancer? How can I pee less at night? Why can’t anyone treat my prostatitis? How can I improve my health naturally? – then you are in the right place.

Welcome to my website.

Who am I?

My full name is Geovanni Espinosa, but I’m affectionately known as Dr. Geo.

I am a naturopathic functional medicine physician who specializes in prostate cancer, men’s health, and urological conditions.

Get to know me better, if you’d like…

Briefly, I’m from Cuban parents and grew up in the Bronx, New York, with a father that had prostate problems since I can remember. Through my dad, the prostate was the first anatomical organ I learned about at about eight-years-old.

I am not kidding.

For him, getting prostate cancer was not a matter of if, but when. He passed away in 2013 at the age of 86, not from prostate cancer, but from “old age.”

Later, in the autopsy, we found out that he indeed had prostate cancer but did not know it. This family history might have inspired me to do the work I now do.

I’m happily married and a proud father of three little ones (slowly becoming not so little).

I practice what I preach. When I am not working I’m strength training, doing martial arts, eating well (but not perfect), practice good sleep (most of the time), and take a variety of dietary supplements twice a day.

Why this website?

My mission with this website is to help motivated men to optimize their health before, despite or after prostate cancer, improve their urological health, and help them live better with age.

I believe it is your right to not decline as you age, but to be your healthiest. You just need to learn how.

I do the research so that you don’t have to.

Then I deliver what I know through my writings, videos, clinic, live events, courses, and formulations.

If you are ready to learn and do the work, you’re in the right place.
