
Red Pepper Sauce for the Chick Pea cakes
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
2 roasted bell pepper
2 T. tahini paste
pinch sea salt
1 small clove garlic minced
pinch cayenne
juice of ½ lemon
1 T. parsley
¼ tsp. ground cumin
Procedure
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if a thinner consistency is desired.
